Julianna Barwick has taken her music all over but now her music now enters of the world of beer. Dogfish Head Founder and President Sam Calagione asked Julianna to come to their newly renovated brewery to sample a variety of sounds during the brewing process for a mini-album to be released in part with a beer they collaborated on together. Listen to “Meet You At Midnight” from the EP above or on our Soundcloud.
A 1000 count limited edition 10-inch record is included only in 750ml “bomber” cases of her official Dogfish Head beer also called Rosabi. The beer style is an Imperial Pale Ale brewed with red rice from her home sate of Louisiana, her favorite hops Citrusy Simcoe and Centennial, and her favorite ingredient of wasabi. More info on the beer can be found at Dogfish Head’s site.
