Exciting stuff! Bleached not only played Chloe Sevigny’s New York Fashion Week show this past weekend, but also donned clothing from the new collection while they rocked out. They were one of five female-lead bands chosen to perform. Check out Jennifer Clavin above and skip over to The Fader for more details on the event!

Bleached head to London at the end of this month for a one-off at the Dalston Victoria with Sean Nicholas Savage and The Wharves! Show information.

EVANGELICALS Featured On The Runways Of New York’s Fashion Week

Brazilian fashion designer Alexandre Herchcovitch has recently featured the music of Dead Oceans’ EVANGELICALS in premiering his collections. The songs “Skeleton Man” and “Paperback Suicide” were used during New York’s Fashion Week and at São Paulo Fashion Week in Brazil. Both tunes appear on the band’s 2008 longplayer The Evening Descends. Check below for a clip from Herchovitch’s New York show as Evangelical’s blast in the background.

Meanwhile, Evangelicals have started a YouTube page, which can be accessed by going HERE.
