As SXSW gets busier every year, we like to provide you one place to see all of our bands and those on our sister labels Jagjaguwar / Secretly Canadian. This year on Friday March 14th, we’re posting up at Red Eyed Fly, between 7th and 8th St. on Red River St. where you can see Dead Oceans artist Mark McGuire.

CMJ 2011: Photos From The SC/JJ/DO Showcase at Union Pool

We’ve been busy busy busy these past few months getting everything together for our CMJ showcase and last night it went off with a bang. Sun Airway Get Remixed By Solar Bears, Announce Tour

Sun Airway’s fall tour saw them on the road with the likes of Bear in Heaven, Lower Dens and Twin Shadow. They visited Daytrotter (session coming soon!), KEXP (check out the video above) and Yours Truly (which, if you have not seen, stop what you are doing and watch). And, now they are about to head back out on the road, visiting Chicago for the Tomorrow Never Knows Festival, touring with Cults, Asobi Sesku and Small Black, and visiting SXSW. Check out all of the dates below.

Pitchfork just posted a killer remix of “American West” by Ireland’s Solar Bears. You have to listen to this. Go here and jam it.
