Sun Airway Get Remixed By Solar Bears, Announce Tour

Sun Airway’s fall tour saw them on the road with the likes of Bear in Heaven, Lower Dens and Twin Shadow. They visited Daytrotter (session coming soon!), KEXP (check out the video above) and Yours Truly (which, if you have not seen, stop what you are doing and watch). And, now they are about to head back out on the road, visiting Chicago for the Tomorrow Never Knows Festival, touring with Cults, Asobi Sesku and Small Black, and visiting SXSW. Check out all of the dates below.

IFC Captures Phosphorescent Footage at SXSW

PHOSPHORESCENT previewed a few new songs from the forthcoming LP Here’s To Taking It Easy at SXSW last week, but also dipped into the back catalogue a bit. The Independent Film Channel was there to capture the performance of “At Death, A Proclamation,” from 2007’s Pride. Watch the video HERE.

As they would say in the sporting world, Chicago/Brooklyn art-dance-punk trio THESE ARE POWERS “left it all on field” in each of the group’s many electric, throbbing performances at the festival.
